Remaining documents to upload
What obligatory documents do I need to upload?
During the application process, you may come across the phrase “missing documents”. These are documents that need to be submitted before your application can be fully assessed. Examples: passport, language exam, proof of qualification, school leaving certificate, diploma, etc.. For more details, check out the Call for application.

What is the submission deadline?
If you have received a conditionally awarded status, the deadline for uploading the missing documents is 1st August.
In certain cases, it is expected that the date of the final exams or the issuing of certificates will be postponed, and graduates will not be able to receive them before the deadline. In this case, the relevant Sending Partner/Ministry will be able to confirm the situation and send an official statement to Tempus Public Foundation (TPF). The TPF will inform the institutions accordingly.
After submission
Universities will check your uploaded documents regularly.
Once your documents have been approved by the university, you will receive a notification through the application system stating that your missing documents have been approved.
If the university does not approve your documents: You will receive a message from the application system, that your missing documents have been rejected and your application will be closed. This means that you will not be able to receive a scholarship for the 2026/2027 academic year. However, we encourage you to apply again next year.
